Nailtrap

First time here. Located in the Kroger shopping plaza off of Wesley chapel. Had an emergency today and cracked a nail so I had to go to the closest place. When you come in you sign in. The wait was a little long but my nails look good and it only took about 30 minutes. They do nails and feet and both areas are separated. They also do eyebrows and eyelashes. All the prices are on the pictures that I have. They have colors on the wall, on shells behind the nail counters and in books. Dan was really nice. Fill in is $20 and if you get gel that's another $15. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I wanted tips only and they charged me an extra $4. To me, gel polish should be included since that's mainly what people get these days. They do have a lot of signs around about paying extra if you drop a nail polish, make sure that your kids are well behaved and don't break anything those types of signs. Another sign I saw was the changing of your polish if you get a Polish and you don't like the color tell them after they've painted the first nail if you wait until they do your entire set of nails they will charge you another $5 for a nail polish fee. I apologize in advance because I could not do a video. I try not to get people in videos and pictures and they were so busy that there were too many people not to shoot. Titi takes amazing care of my nails! This shop isn’t big on the lavish spa-like experience, but the skill of their nail techs and prices can’t be beat. It definitely gets busy so make sure to give yourself plenty of time. The only thing I would change is I wish I could make an appointment. I really love that my acrylic/powder nails aren’t too thick, but still feel strong. I gave Titi an image I found on Pinterest and she replicated it perfectly! I can’t wait for the holidays to really get into some fun nail art.

I have been going to Nailtrap for about 18 months at this point. For most of that time TiTi has taken care of all of our needs. She has Given us some of the best art we’ve ever had on our nails. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly each and every time we visit! Most of my life going to the get a manicure or pedicure was not a pleasant experience. But the folks at Nailtrap have made it something that I look very much forward to!!

I've been a customer at Nail Trap for over 10 years now. I usually get basic manicures, pedicures and an occasional eyebrow wax (which never disappoints, I must add). Today, I came in to get something special for my birthday and I told Kenny (owner) that I wanted to try SNS. After looking at my nails, he immediately suggested that I do gel instead to preserve the health of my nails since they're pretty strong on their own. I appreciate the extra effort they took to talk about my options instead of just doing what I asked like I'm sure some other salons would have done. I let my technician, TT, freestyle for my design since I wasn't sure what I wanted and she did an AMAZING job. Definitely looking forward to coming again.
